Her hair is blue, and has golden eyes.

Character Name: Lua • Heine (Her name in The Lands is Heine. Since she's on the run, she had to come up with a fake name. She took the name of her late mother.)
Unit: Canary
Description of powers: is a Water Guardian/Master. Basically, a master of the Water Artes, she is able to use magic that utilizes water.
NOTE: Her body is basically 70% water, and 30% magic. So if anyone is sensitive to magic, Lua might ping you a bit! Also, because of her body's components, she doesn't have bones or intestines, etc! Her life source comes from the thirty-percent of magic that's in her body, and it's where her heart should be. The life source is called a "core", and stabbing her there would kill her in an instant.
Strength/Extent of powers:
+ has more water in her body than a usual human would
+ uses the water in her body to generate balls of water from her hands or from her feet, and uses it to attack (she fights like a Firebender from Avatar, but her magic is very similar to this.)
+ the temperature of the water is warm, not cool :U
+ she is also able to change the temperature of any form of water
+ can turn her body into any form of water
+ she is able to solidify, liquidity, or evaporate any and all forms of water consciously or unconsciously
+ she is able to freeze any and all living things by manipulating the water in their bodies
+ she's able to change someone's body temperature by manipulating the water in their body. Lua, on the other hand, by default has a very warm body. You would mistake it for a fever, but it's actually just the hot water inside her body.
+ she becomes exceptionally strong at night; especially during a night of a full moon
+ she is able to heal wounds and burns by manipulating the water inside someone's body
