memory #9
Memory: Visiting the Academy (a giant library in Barya) for the first time
Regained: Day 42, Festival Girl
Form: Blue egg (1/3)
Contents: Lua is five years old, and is brought to the Academy by her mother. It doubles as a giant library, as well as a school for the Artes.
She meets Vanilla, the Earth Guardian, who happens to be a professor at the Academy. Vanilla leads her to a small hall filled with books about Water Artes. The hall also has tables and mats, as well pools of water which Water Artes users could use if/when they want to read while being in water.
Her mother tells her that she will be accompanying her to the Academy every day, so that she can learn more about Water Artes, Barya, and the world in general. But Lua says that her mother doesn't have to come with her all the time, and could just go there with a servant who can wait outside. She says that she'd rather be alone while reading, and her mother nods and complies.
Lua is left alone in the hall, and picks a few easy books to read. She places herself on the floor and starts reading, and it isn't only until her mother comes back hours later to tell her that it's time for supper that she realises she spent the whole day reading books.
Effects: • LIBRARIES ARE FUN!!!!!!!! Instant dere for Decollage's setting and so much dere for level 1.
• BOOKS ARE THE BEST. Must engross self more on those.
